I've seen it and heard it.
It looks right at home on a bagger, and out of place on a Dyna or an FX Softail.
The volume is not impressive, in fact, it isn't that much louder than the stock set up.

Try looking at a MIni-Beast. Pic attached. Fits into the stock HD horn mount with a couple of extra wires to the battery. Nearly 130 decibels - much louder than the HD horn. And, looks great too. Pic below shows it mounted.
