I've got 4" on my 08 Train, I have seen 2", but he had to make stops to limit turning so gas tank would not get hit by bars.

I tried 4" on my '05 when I did my drag bars and there was tank contact with the throttle cables... Would have had to mod the steering stops but went with 6" risers.

ETA: Thought about this a while this morning... My drag bars are 27" wide... It may be possible to use a wider bar, such as a 30" bar, and get away with 4" risers...
