Buy your wife her own bike so she'll stop bitchin' bout the pegs. That's what I did for my girlfriend. I tell everybody it cost me 12 grand to rid of those F---ING pegs.

In my opinion I think these would look great where you have them mounted and I actually looked at a set of em at the shop, they have plenty of rubber for her comfort but look sweet also. Unfortunately the price is outrageous (to me)
Thoose gauges are sweet as hell, I almost bought a set, but heard of to many people having problems with them. Dress up your ride though. I love that bike.
