06 Night Train Exhaust install help & Jet Kit
Do yourself a favor and give Jaime at Fuel Moto a call. He can lay out your options and get a feel if you can do this yourself. It's not difficult if you don't mind learning how to work on your bike some.
As always a Service manual for your bike should be part of your took kit.

I have an '06 Train (sig pic) I put on the Rinehart staggered, Ness big sucker air cleaner, and Power Commander III from Fuel Moto. Just call them with your exhaust and air cleaner used and they preload the PC III for you. You can still have it dyno'd for fine tuning or run it out of the box. Total on my stage 1 was about $800 and runs great. Results may vary, this is just what I did.
Just a heads up on the PCIII's. Around here they started failing like crazy last summer. I don't know if it was the heat or just that time for them to fail. Seven or eight of 'em failed at about the same time on all different bikes.
I personally would never use a PCIII but that's just me.
The PCV sounds like it's doing better but after the failure's of the PCIII I wonder if it's worth the risk.
