Here's a pic of my wife's 08 Deluxe. She is about 5'4" so we put the Reach seat on it. Added some bags. Put on some Cycle Shack slip ons last weekend. She absolutely loves it. Bought it new and she has ridden almost 10K trouble free miles with a constant smile on her face.

I got my 08 Deluxe all tricked out at the dealer and it only had 900 miles on it. I have put on about 600 and it is the most amazing bike. I love it!

You can't go wrong with a Deluxe. I know your question is about a 08 and newer but I have to chime in about my 06, they are very dependable, they ride like a dream, and they look great. Go out and test drive one, you can't go wrong trust me.

My wife rides an '07 Deluxe and loves it. With the 96 and six speed, it runs like a scalded dog. I believe you will be pleased. I did change out the bars from the stock ones to Heritage bars and it fits her better now.

Well, just to join in the love-fest, I have an '09 Deluxe and it's the best bike I've ever had, bar none, and I've had a few. Good balance, great ride, comfortable and flexible.

I think all HD's run hot out of the box, a Stage 1 of some kind will improve that.

gregski, what bags are those? I like those.
