Could be right on the Badboy & 103. If they don't have something exciting up the sleeve like a Badboy or more options on bigger 103 or 110 motors they will have a very tough year.
You make a good point here. Unless the moco can deliver what customers want, such as larger engines, more exciting choices in their line-up (BadBoy, etc), it will be long year for the moco and for the dealers. Also, I wonder if HD really needs 34 models in their line-up? Seems they could be more efficient and streamline their operations a bit. Just a thought.
Yep...was told the 28th by the dealer this morning...the website will update simultaneously with the debut in Vegas....
Talk is more black accessories.....
Man I really, really hope they finally put out some more black parts. I'm almost to the point of just buying the damn chrome parts and getting them powdercoated. But I keep waiting and hoping...
How much do you think the option for the 103 would be?
I was at the York plant for a factory tour a couple weeks ago. Most of the plant was closed off for 2011 production so it wasn't a good time to tour. Every year I hope to see either a new BadBoy or CVO Night Train or even better...CVO BadBoy !
Why would they make a CVO Badboy/Night train, are people going to pay $26k for a flat black paint job, no chromed bike just because it has a 110" motor? Why not just drop a BB kit in and get more bang for a lot less buck.

Have you heard of the Dark Custom thing? People are spending money to black out their bikes now and its a cash cow for Harley. A lot of people have been waiting over 10 years for the Badboy to return -- It would sell. The first Dark Custom CVO will sell too, whether its a Train, Badboy, or FatBoy Low.

The Dark Custom thing eh? Gees, thx I hadn't heard of that, any color as long as it's black right? Wow, I can't wait, I'm losing sleep over this already...
