Default New To Softail

I just bought a 2008 Heritage, Annv model. Traded a lowrider. What a difference in ride and handling. I love it. Thinking about putting whitewalls on it. Dunlops or Avons? What do you think. I am not worried about mileage. I want sticky for the curves. The bike even had the digital/tach speedo on it. Fully chromed out. I told the salesman the only item I would probably add was LED tailight. He said it has one. Rode 120 miles yesterday on the way home from the dealer, with the temperature over 102. I took the long route.

I guess it must be an ugly bike if he's afraid to show pics of it.

They're great bikes... you'll always want to take the long way home! This is my third and my favorite riding bike so far!

I bought mine back in Jan. and the previous owner had already added lots of things I would have, including the V&H BSS exhaust.

The Heritage model is Harley's best, imo.

KISS

I just bought not only my first Softail, but my first Harley Davidson since I started riding back in 1968 !
I bought a tricked-out 2000 Harley Davidson Softail "Deuce" with 28,000 miles on it last Friday, July 30th 2010.
Bobby.
