My brother has a 08 softtail custom...He needs a HD windshield clamp for his windshield..One of his is broken..Does anybody have a part number for it? His shields part# is 59802-05..........Thanks
Should be in the Service Parts section of the Installation Instructions. Look here: http://www.harley-davidson.com/en_US...ts/-J03241.pdf. Once you have the part number you should be able to order it from Zanotti's or wherever.

Reason: Cause I can.
I have that same windshield on my 99 Softail Custom. I have the parts list that came with mine. The upper ones are different from the lower ones as they have an extension that goes above the clamp to space it down from the top triple tree. The numbers are; Upper left--59859-05 Upper right--59868-05 Lower--58740-05 The gaskets are included in all of them.
My son had one break on his WG shield and the dealer replaced for free. Take the part to a dealer and see if they'll give you a new one as a replacement for no charge. The dealer said that they had some bad castings and several had needed replacing. If you're dealer won't give you one then go to another dealer but take the broken part with you so they can send it back and get another from headquarters.
