frankie...you may be better of getting a barely used bones anyway. i picked mine up for $11,900 plus tax. it had 1604 miles on it. black V&H shortshots, screamin eagle tuner, and stage 1 ac. really cant ask for a better deal than that!

To atamagashock, sounds like a great deal, I wanted new b/c I'd hate to get screwed over with someone elses headache. There are some bike killers out there, and I'm no mechanic, as far as bikes and cars are concerned. Friends love to help, but most people always seem busy!!

Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut dealers had none in stock and wouldn't be getting more until January/February. He found two 2010's left though, said he'd hold the flat black one for me until I made up my mind. Called him a few days after and said go with it, was glad I called, one was gone and he'd gotten 4 calls about the one he put on hold for me. Bought her and rode her out lol.

And I can see why everyone likes them after I brought it to the gas station to fill up for the first time. Filled up, went inside to grab a soda, came out and there was about 6 or 7 people standing around my bike. I started to worry. Tell me I forgot to put the kickstand down or something lol. Nope, everyone was just around it looking at it.

Some didn't believe me when I said 2010, other swore up and down it was an aftermarket seat. Everyone liked it though lol.

I wish I could get my hands on the sales records, see how it's doing against the other models and the like. I have mine already, but still wouldn't want them to pull it and deny others the joy of it should they want one. Feel it's one of the truly unique Harley's on the new market right now.

He lied to you! Barbs H/D in W. Collingswood NJ ( just across the river from Philly) had and has them on the show room floor.

Wouldn't surprise me ... although I don't expect it ...

Seems the MoCo is a YoYo with the springer models ... introducing one ... then discontinuing it ... introducing another ... discontinuing it ... narrow front wheel, fat front wheel ... heritage ... bobber ... CVO ....

Would not worry too much about it ....

not often will a bike with so few miles, have anyone elses problems. plus i got it at a dealer not a private sale, so i really had no concerns buying a used bike. it was perfect in every way.

The X Bones is'nt the only Harley that attracts attention Get a lot with the SB too That said the X Bones is a cool bike and I would'nt think HD would drop it but.... rumours like this will make the guys sitting on the fence jump, few more like this and it would empty the showrooms out of left over Bones

Yeah, I would def buy from a dealer. after reading your message went on cycle trader and there some good deals from dealers. also some way out numbers. Seems you got a really good deal.
