So it looks like I'll be selling the K&N 1499 & getting the K&N HD0800 and chrome backing plate. Gman why did you go with the PC-5 instead of the SE tuner?

The rough sand cast backing plate in the SE kit looks like $hit. As mentioned, the filter is not great either. Buy the plate, either chrome or black, separatly along with the breater bolts, tubes, and gasket. Run the K&N, it's just a better filter.
