Just scored a brand new one for a really good price. Looking forward to the install, any pointers or as simple as following the instructs?

Its pretty straight forward, just remember you wont use the O2 sensors on the exhaust anymore.

Follow the instructions but it is a tight squeeze getting the cable/harness to sit flush under the seat.

Get a deeper tray for your ecm if possible. It makes it much easier to fit under the seat. Mine came with one. I velcreed the pc to the top of the ecm. Plug and play. Load a map and you are done.

Thanks Guys,

I found it BNIB at a dealership in Saskatoon, Canada. Just so happens I had to go through their on business so picked it up.

Drew - I like the idea of having it under the seat as opposed to stuffing it behind the mud guard as per the instructs. Can you give me more details on that deeper tray. Can you get me something?

+1 plug and play. If Drew doesn't have the tray, fuelmotousa will. Mine came with it, so check your packaging first.

Thanks Warg, Yeah, after reading about the hassles of putting it behind the mud guard I'd much rather have it under the seat if possible. Is yours a 2008 as well?

I keep seeing posts about people getting a deeper ECM tray in the package with the Power Commander, the difference being that these posts talked of earlier years, 05, 06 - Mine did not come with one so now I'm wondering if the 07/08 Trains changed in a way that will not allow for a deeper tray - hence the instructions to put it behind the mudguard. I'll pm Drew, he would know....
