I had the same problem just a few months ago. It seems that there are several parts out there that dont just bolt onto the Deluxe. I had problems with an air suspension i had ordered and various other parts. I ended up ordering the heel shifter as well.
Did you order the heel/toe levers together, or just purchase another toe shifter?
