Who all has used the drop in kit on your bike? How much drop you get and how much you cut the pvc?

Just curious about what length equals about what drop...

It should say in the instructions. On my 2010 Deluxe to get the full 2" drop I cut the spacer to a 3" length If I remember correctly.A nightrain with a FX front end may be different though.
