Stock Lo bars are:
Height 3"
Width 30"
Pullback 9"

Chubbys Wild 1, 504 "Dresser"
Height 4 1/2"
Width 34 1/2"
Pullback 12 1/2"
I measure about 6" of pull back on the stock Lo bars...maybe I don't understand pull back, but I measured from the center of the riser to a line created by placing a straitedge across the grips.

You are correct on how to measure. HD gave me the specs on the Lo Bars and I got the specs on the Dresser Bars from Chubbys Wild 1's web site. Below is how Chubbys Wild 1 determines Pullback, maybe HD measures different.
