Default Carlini Freeway Bars

I am looking at new handlebars and wiring through them. I like the measurements (and the quality) of the Carlini Freeway bars. I currently have Rod King High Bars on my '05 Fat Boy 30 wide, 8.5 rise and 9 pullback. They are a little high for my old hands and the Freeways are 33 wide 6 rise and 11 pullback; about perfect by my calculations. How do current users like the Carlinis? I am favoring the 1-1/2" because the Fat Boy has a pretty big front end. Probably I'd be happy with the 1-1/4" too. I haven't had a chance to see any 1-1/2" because none of the bikes at the dealer or I have seen have them. Opinions sought please.

I'm on my 4th set of bars on my 04 Fatboy. Stock, Carlini cleansweeps, Carlini street bars, and finally Tolemar Disco bars CC#600709. All of the bars were 1 1/2 ". The Tolemar's look just like Carlini's but are bent exactly like HD's beach bar and are way more comfortable than anything else I've tried. The highway bars have more rise and look to me like fatter versions of stock FB bars. Hope this helps.

I have seen a set of Carlini t-bars on a fatboy and I like them. I would say stick with the 1 1/2" they really looked good. As far as the type of bars you get, that's your preference. You can't go wrong with Carlini though.

Carlini bars are some of the Best. I have 7" clean sweeps and I have a brand new set of Streetbars that I am thinking about using. Great quality and TJ and the guys at Carlini are tops. One thing is that if you go with the 1.5" bars I think you have to use their one Piece riser, I don't think anything else will work.
