My bike was towed a few weeks ago and the guy did a good job of mashing down my shocks so the bike wouldn't move during the tow.

But since then it feels wrong. The bike really goes down when I sit (I haven't gained that much weight in 2 weeks...), she creaks, and it feels almost like it's bottoming out on some bumps.

I did a thread search and only found threads about after-market air shocks. So I have to ask... is there some sort of maintenance I should be doing on them? Didnt find anything in the little booklet that came with the bike ('08 Deluxe).

If the guy tightened your bike down too far it's quite possible and very probable he blew out your shocks

 

Don't say it!!! I can't take another thing going wrong with this bike

 

Look on the bright side, Lowered bikes are cooler!
