Post Powercomander V with autotune question

Hey guys, so my friend asked me to install his powercomander 5 with the auto tuner since i am a mechanic and can figure things out. so i got everything installed powercomander mounted on the left side of the battery and the auto tuner mounted on the right side of the battery. installed the supplied o2 sensors and eliminated the factory ones with there plugs for the factory harness. i played around with the software uploaded the base map and bike runs good. for the monitors im just not getting the readings for AFR1 and AFR2 0 i checked all my connections and installed a closed switch for the MAP on the PCV unit. Anybody follow?

Did you enable AT in the software? Are you getting any other readings? Engine temp? Are the AFRs 0 or 9.99?

Double check all your connections from the o2 sensors to the AT module(s). On mine they are color coded and had to be pressed in then secured with set screws. With the other readings it seems like the AT modules are working and getting the info from the diagnostic port. Part of the AT module might be bad, or the o2 might be bad. Call the 800 number on powercommander.com and choose option 1. You'll get someone that will walk through everything with you. In my experience, you should be getting 9.99 when you fire it up until the AT kicks in. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Their tech help is awesome though.
