Default What Is This?

Got home late from work and decided to wipe down the bike. I noticed this behind the A/C just hanging there.
The oval piece just above my index finger has no openings, and as you can see has one screw (plastic). It has a clip and 2 wires leading back into the A/C backplate.
I went thru my service manual and couldn't even find this.

What am I looking at?...

Finding little stuff like this drives me nuts!

Thanks for the help in advance!

That is where the international models have the solenoid of the intake flapper valve hooked up too. Just tuck it out of the way and forget about it.

That's an out of focus picture of your finger stuck into a place where it shouldn't be.

Rakthi..."B"...thanks so much...been up for 36 hrs...just glanced at the electrical part of the service manual...I was thinking it was the TP sensor..or the IAT sensor because in the manual it states.."Behind Air Cleaner Backing Plate".

Ok..tuck it out of the way...
Hate to ask...but...do all new harley owners go thru an "****" period where they inspect every inch of the bike?

Thanks again for your posts and help...greatly appreciated!

I can go and pass out now!

I think you meant "Flux Capacitor"!
But I understood you!
I should have got the extra 50 giga watt pulse generator for the laser cannon with the extended warranty!
Imagine...extended warranty with no pulse generator...what's wrong with the universe?
I mean..the last time I was at a dealer on Proxima Centauri....

Ahhhh...next time!
