Loved a fatboy all along but suddenly
had a change of heart last week so i
Just picked up a Deluxe 3 days ago..
Stealer wanted $21k OTD for 2012, I got this on Craigslist
for around $14k

would like to come say hi to you all.
owned a sportster in the past

owns a vulcan 900
but decided to pick up the harley..
there is no manual however..
so i am trying to figure out everything on my own.

quick question if i may,
what is that switch behind the headlights?
is it a hi-lo beams?
anyone with an extra manual they'd to sell??

Congrats on the new bike! Glad you saved some money on the purchase - you're going to need it for the mods!

The switch turns the passing lamps on/off. Hi/lo beam is controlled on the handlebar.

It's for ur passing/fog lights. Congrats on the New bike

thanks guys

its already got the nice pipes..
I'm sending the seat to Mean city for a mod.
i'm already eyein the 21' inch front wheel.
then maybe grips
you are right, i will need the extra money for that

i called Corbin but dont feel like spending another $700
like i did on the Vulcan

Shrimp, your color was my first choice..
2nd was the sunglo red which i think mine is

I also owned a vulcan 900 and went to a deluxe...what a difference in handling....its hard to describe but the jap cruisers may look a bit like harleys but thats where it ends.
