Kuma, I got a large but the size chart said XL for my measurement (23.5"). The large fits good though. I got a couple hot spots as mentioned above. But after wearing it a while, it has broken in and feels good. I think the XL would be too big. I'll see if I can get some good pics. It was a gift so no discount on this one.

I've got the Daytona now but it's too loose and lifts at speed. I will probably pick up the Novdot if I'm not happy with the fit on the Rockhard. All DOT 3/4's look a little kookie compared to the old Buco's or similar helmets.
The Rockhard made me look like a Kosmonaut even with a Large (I'm right on the margin for L and LX). It sits way high on my head, higher than the Fulmer V2. Craftsmanship looks great. I'm pretty bummed that it's not going to work out for me.

Took my first ride with mine in Saturday and I'm really pleased. With earbuds and the helmet there was no wind noise. Helmet is super light. As DOT helmets go, it is lower profile than the Bell 500 and Rockhard on my head.

My head measures 23.5" which puts me in the XL range. I bought the Large because I wanted the smaller shell and honestly it's perfect. I think an XL would be too big.

The rockhard and novdot are the 2 best I found. Miles better than bell or daytona, at least for my head shape, Anyway the Novdot is way smaller and lighter then anything I've tried. The rockhard is a little nicer then the Novdot on the inside, but I see myself using the novdot way more. Here are some pics of both. The novdot is a little mushroomy, but way better then the rockhard. I want to try a losermachine, but can't find one to buy.

Were they both the same size ? and if so, how did the fit feel inside ? did they feel the same size inside ?

They were both large. I think they both fit my head perfect. The rock hard is a little more plush on the inside, also it is really solid not a lot of give to it. The novdot is thinner all the way around, and easy to bend the ear covers when taking it off. I've taken probably 15 rides since getting them both and have chosen the novdot every time.

Default Just got the Rockhard

Boy, does it ever sit high! Sure hope it breaks in. Any thoughts on how to make this happen faster?
