Default Bassani Exaust?

Shopping for exaust for my 03' fatboy (flstfi), found a pair of bassani that I liked. I've never had a pair or know anyone who does - any pro's, con's. Are they a good Brand? Thanks...

do you mean Bassani? They're just fine, if you've found a good price on them, go for it

make sure you pay the extra and get the full kit with the heat shields! Mine has the pro streets on it. But no heat shields. I have to order some or wrap them when I get home.

I have pro streets, I guess they are okay. The chrome plating could have been better you can see the sand marks in the chrome from when they preped them , the heat shields fit like crap. If your using a thundermax with auto tune the rear O2 port has to be ground down to get clearance for the wide band O2 sensor.

So on the pro streets would you reccomend wrapping them instead of buying the heat shields?

In the initial question, I think he was actually referring to Battistini....not Bassani. Battistini does make exhaust components, but their accessories are mor popular, i.e., air cleaner, pegs, levers, etc......

Thanks for the repy's - Sorry I did mean Bassani - the ones I like are the pro-street (although they look a little different than yours JB - I've attached a picture in my orig post) The heat shields arent included they would be $140.00 more (glad I asked, so the total would be around $600), but it dosent look to me like they cover the whole pipe, looks like just the bends - not sure. I have V&H 2" Split Shots on now - just looking for a change...How do they sound?
