Default Arlen Ness Cracked?!

Looking at installing a Big Sucker Stage 1 or 2 on my 07 FXSTC and am reading reviews stating that the back plates crack at the breather bolt holes. Don't want to be a "sucker"!
Is it a product or installer flaw??

Thanks Sgt. Jim. Do you have a Stage 1 or 2? How's the fuel injector intake noise?

No problems with mine. Stage 2. You can hear it suck air, but I like the noise. It was a trip the first ride after replacing the football. At first I was like, "what the f is that noise?"

The ones that crack are the bikes that have owners that don't know how to use, or too cheap to buy, a torque wrench. You won't have problems if you torque it up right.
