Default '06 Nightrain main circuit breaker location

My shop manual shows a main circuit breaker in the starter circuit but it isn't under the seat with the fuses and relays. It doesn't show where the location is and I haven't noticed one anywhere in my various travels around this bike (and believe me, there have been some). Does anyone know where this 'circuit breaker' is?

Thanks.

It's behinnd the splash guard at the top near the fender. Above the oil tank bolts. you have to access it from the wheel side.
