Will a 2007 FXSTB rear wheel fit on a 2006 Softail Deuce?

 

I am guessing (wouldn't know without parts books for sure) that the axle diameter is different. HD sells 'kits' for conversions which you might want to check into. It would also depend upon whether the axle will fit in the frame. I don't remember if the '06 is a 3/4" or a 1" (I think it's a 1) and the '07 is a 25mm. I have read where some made the swap without getting all of the exactly correct parts but I don't know if I would try that or not.
