Thats the plan bro. Everything should be here Friday. BR is express shipping my cable and I got a black Goodridge banjo from motorcycle superstore. The bars look sick on the bike. They make a huge difference.

How did you get magnum to sell you a cable? They will not talk to me when i mention blackline upper abs. Im adding 12in t-bar from Hardtail Choppers. 6in taller so i should order 8in over right? but what ends? Only been riding 1 year. blackline is 2 weeks old.

If your only going for 12" in height, go for the Heritage size setup and get the stock ABS cable as it works no issues what so ever, plus you will have a little more length which is always good.

Magnum: +5" longer magnum lines but with 3"+ is more then enough.

Magnum will not sell an "ABS" cable. You have to order a cable with the correct fitting(banjo) for the top and a universal fitting on the bottom. You will then need to order the correct threaded banjo for the bottom fitting.

If I had it to do over, I'd just order the HD cables. You do not need to replace the lower cable as HD recommends. The lower cable is the only one that is a significant difference in price and it is not visible enough in black in my opinion to bother changing. If you plan on going with chrome cables it is obviously a different story.

You can't change an upper cable without changing the lower. I thought the same thing HD changes the setup it is not a direct fit. If it was it would only fit your bike not others non-abs. Read the description on the website.
Trust me, right now the ONLY extended upper lines that are a direct fit is made by drag in stainless only. Find your part # in the fatbook, then go to the dennis kirk website and punch it in. You'll see a picture of it and know exactly what I mean. Good luck ....

Just finished my bike yesterday using a Magnum upper brake line with the fittings I described. (7/16 " 35* top and 7/16 0* bottom). Everything is working great and took it to HD last night for them to bleed the ABS module after I bled the line at home. There is no need to replace the lower line and there are several options out there.

Thx bro.....feels great after about 6 weeks. I got some pics of my bars and coild relo coming as soon as I get a chance. Used the horn cover for my coil instead of the coil cover. I think it turned out good and its a little different.
