i saw one dude earlier ride with out helmet already,ill take mine out on Sunday for a little cruse bandanna and sun glasses only.

We are supposed to have $20,000 first person medical coverage so I am hoping that my BCBS card will do in case the cop has a boner and wants to try and prove something even though no one knows how proof of coverage will be handled yet.

Im sure there are going to be some tickets this weekend...

I don't think so, the cop have to have a reason to pool you over first, as from today he can not pool you over for not having a helment on.

Had a friend of mine go out this morning after finding out about the repeal without a helmet just trying to get pulled over. Made it a mile from the house. Said it was funny when he had to explain to the police officer the new law. Most of them know about it by now I'm sure.

in other thread on this topic a LEO said same thing,,they have to have areason to pull you over,,,,

As for me,, doubtful I'll ever exercise my right to go helmetless....many years ago full face saved me and I became a believer...

But nice to have a choice!
