Anyone have any experience with the cobra Fi2000 powrpro? I saw it in hot bike and looked it up, but figured I'd ask on here. Looks decent and curious on how good it actually is.

No, but I have the cobra efi module with the 02 sensors. Me, my brother and my cousin all run it on 3 diff. models and they run like a top. Never any pop on decel, runs cool and plenty of power. Oh, and simple to install.

I run the Cobra Fi2000r on four bikes. They cost less than half the cost of the Power Pro. The oldest is from 07. Very reliable and simple to install. They work down stream from the HD ECM to increase the AFR.

They run smooth with no surging or flat spots and add a nice uptick in power. The engine runs much cooler which is the main reason that I went with them.

I wanted to try one on my 12 RG 103 as it is the only model Corbra available for the 103. But I made a wild guess that the Fi2000r model for the 10 and 11 TC96's just could not be that far off in tune so I tried it and it worked well. Seems to added more power than it did on the TC96.

I may have to go with the Power Pro on the 12 Vrod as Cobra never had a Fi2000r set up for it or the XR1200. One option is to go with the Xied's which seem to do okay.

Just me but to pay $539.oo for a tuner that just tunes only Ur A/F ratio in my mind is way too much.

IMO, That's not a real tune when that is all it does.

No the Power Pro adjusts about 80 times a second for what ever gear, throttle settings or whatever. It is a true auto tuner. The older Fi2000r is the one that works downstream of the HD EMC and adds to the data that the EMC decides on. It is somewhat like putting a bigger main jet in a carb along with changing the needle height and some other stuff. It works great. I have done five bikes with it and gained performance with a cooler engine and no pinging. What's not to like about that. A cooler engine lasts longer and runs stronger.
