It was normal for me. They don't bother communicating it seems, but they do eventually send out the bag. Still happy with mine!

 

Thanks, I guess I'll give it 2 weeks then. I just figured in this day and time things would be different but if you put out a quality product then it is what it is.

 

Just ordered some Easy Brackets last night and tomorrow begins Memorial Day Weekend, should I receive my order by next Friday I would say that was SOP but longer than that I would be a little pensive. I received immediate auto response emails from them and Paypal so they are updated regarding tech ordering communications, but if they are a small business trying to grow I will give them some latitude.
