Thanks. I was thinking black, but it would be nice to see chrome on a similar bike.

To each their own, but I think the black looks better on the 'train. But if yuo like it that's all that's important.

I've got the bar Kozy22 has, It's not an egine gaurd but it's somewhere else t put your feet. And it's alot less of a bulky eyesore on a sleek bike.

I like the look of that bar, and the back rest is an item I have not seen before either. Thanks for the pictures.

The nice thing is that with 3 bolts it comes right off so you can always add it or take it away as tastes change. Also I pop off the sissy bar/luggage combo and mustang seat in about 2 minutes and put on a solo seat and I'm rocking a more badass look.

I personally like the lindbar look but more importantly its about adding protection to myself and to the bike. The first week I got the bike it fell over because the stand got bumped. When it hit it broke my clutch lever, scarred my derby cover, snapped my Willie G mirror off, and knocked my forks completely out of alignment. My buddy said he's never seen a front end so out of wack just from a bike falling over but it must've hit just right. After a couple hours of working on the bike and over $200 in parts (still haven't replaced derby cover) I decided it was totally worth adding a crash bar. I got lucky no paint was scratched or metal dinged/dented and I don't want to risk that again.

Since then I had a real close call of dropping it when in a poker run someone slid on gravel in a parking lot and bumped my rear tire just enough to knock me off balance. I managed to muscle up and stop it from going past the point of no return but if it would have gone down I know the crash bar would've kept the bike from touching the ground.

Lindby was very simple to install.
Exactly why I run a crash bar. Sometimes functionality does matter.

Thumbs up engine quard

First accessery I put on a bike. Seven bikes in the last 40 years and they've all had them. Saved alot of paint and makes it easier on an old guys back when I do have to pick em up!
