White rubber.
Alright then!!!! Cool, I have at least 1 guy half way on my side! I think it would be bitchin to have that stuff white to set off my bike. Yes, I am sure it would be hard keeping clean but being the clean freak that I am and all the chrome I have cleaning and detailing is nothing new to me. It takes me at least a good 8 to 10 hours now as it is to detail my bike out. What's another 20 or 30 minutes! I have even toyed with the idea of taking my brake and shifter mounts and pegs off to have them powder coated white.....but I doubt I will go that far if I can't find what I want. Were do I get the white plug wires? I have found several types of white grips, no white toe, heel pegs and brake pedal pad as of yet. Thanks for all the help and support guy's.
Nothing is wrong with what I have right now, but I am going to put some 16" Gangster apes on it, some 39" straight cholo's and have my seat re-worked, put a gel pack in it and have it done in black and white and nothing was wrong with the bike before I put the Shotgun on it, before that nothing was wrong with it before I put the progressive monotubes in the front, before that nothing was wrong with the bike before I put the HD oil cooler on it and the digital HD oil pressure gauge on it, before that nothing was wrong with the bike before I put a chit load of chrome on it and on and on and on. It's my bike, my money and I get bored easily and I see my bike as a platform for my "artwork". I like things that makes it stand out from all the rest, like most people on here do. I am always looking for something new and to led the pack. I also show my bike so I always like to have that edge. I also like pulling up to a bar or any place else, parking it and having people flock to my bike to see what I did last. I have waited years to be able to have a bike, the time and the money to do what I want. I work my azz off and I raised my kids alone, now it's my turn and I see nothing wrong with that. I already have NEXT winter's mods planned out, new tins, stretched rear fender and paint. I hope that answer's your question as to why and what's wrong with what I have now. I usually feel no need to explain myself or my actions but everyone here is pretty cool people so I made an exception just for you.
I think the white will look good and somewhat original. I really like the white nostalgic grips but I don't have any white on my bike so I went with the black nostalgic grips. Awesome looking grip and the shape is comfortable for my garage cruising we'll see how they are once its warm in MI
So you didnt look at the links I posted? The white heel/toe pegs are 86 and up FLST...(that means your bike)
The white brake pedal rubber I posted a link to may fit over your existing pedal or you might be able to weld on a small steel plate that it will slip over...pretty small project if that's what you really want.
Says the guy with studs and conchos all over his bike LMAO!
Now don't get me wrong I personally like the Old School studs and conchos look but there are many who don't. I wouldn't feel it was right for them to denigrate you for your choice just as doing so to Tony for his choice in colors is wrong.... just sayin
I have the White Nostalgic Hand Grips on my bike now and will try to get a pic up for you Tony. Was planning on those plug wires but figured that was too much white so I'm going with the silver ones instead. So after Christmas I'll have the Softbrake License Relo, Deed Creek Lowering Kit and the '61-'62 Old School Tank Emblem on it also and I think that will be it for now.

BUT I think the white floorboards may be a bit much. Good luck to you though. I've always had a bit of a hard time visualizing things like that anyway...
They do get dirty quick, especially if you wear gloves (which I rarely do) but my Deluxe has white wall tires which need to be cleaned often. So when I hit my tires with Westley's Bleach White I just hit the grips also, DONE! Really easy with that cleaner just spray on and wipe with rag/towel and spray off.
