DIY License Plate Relocation
Figured I'd try my hand at relocating the license plate on my Heritage. Very happy with how it turned out!
Basically took some sheet metal and picked up some 3/8" brass plumbing pipe fitting. I had to drill out the inside threads of brass fittings. Had to open up the stock holes in the fender a little bit...other than that...pretty straight forward.
Looking to replace the stock brake light with one having the license plate light below or just use some LED nuts to help light the plate.

better make sure there's no laws about having to have a light on your plate where you are, otherwise you may have to put some LEDs or something on the bottom of your lollipop bar

I admire your ingenuity...but it looks like crap. Now you have 3 pieces cramped one on top of each other with no gaps. I think it would have looked much nicer with a laydown plate in its original position. At least then you have some seperation between the 3 instead of it all pigpiled and squished together. On an extended fender it looks good dropped low, but on the stock fender...ugghhhhh. Hopefully you can go back if you don't like it.
Great job!
Here is a link to lights should you need them.
