What are these connectors ?

What are these connectors ?
Number 1 looks like a phone jack under the cover
Number 2
Number 4 is under and behind oil bag it looks like a connector but also looks
empty I cant see what or if its connected to anything thing.
These are all on my 2008 Rocker

1) diagnostic connector,
2) is something for European models
3) what happened to 3? :'(
4) I know hidden behind the oil tank, in front of the spash guard is a hidden connector for the alarm system siren accessory (so it goes *Chirp Chirp* when the security system activates), but i can't tell if that's what that is there
