I was told that my 05' Springer has a rev limiter at 5700.......never tried so I can't say for certain. Mine is FI with stage 2 and a tuner however.

IIRC.... the EFI 88" Twin Cams came from the factory with OEM stock tune and the rev limiter was 5700 rpm. All the HD Stage kit tunes, changed the rev limiter to 6200 rpm
