Default DNA fitment PROBLEMS on 2004 Heritage

Received my DNA mammoth 52's (21 &18), had tires mounted on them went to mount on bike, that's when the problems started. First...front wheel is 0.090" thicker through center from bearing edge to bearing edge, DNA measures 6.55" stock measures 6.46" not a big deal, I'll just chuck up the spacers and take 0.060" off one and 0.030" off the other, then repaint...again. Second...ok the rear wheels measured the same through the center (6.46") from bearing edge to bearing, so I thought this one will be a breeze besides making sure I don't scratch anything, getting the rear caliper up in place, and all the spacers in place, cake walk if you had three arms. Finally got wheel on with everything in place, checked belt alignment...WTF it's waaaay off, and I mean stupidly off, maybe 0.500"-0.625" towards the center of wheel. That's just great definitely won't be riding in tomorrow. Soooo the question is to all of you out there that may of had the same problem or know of this problem, what is the correct spacer thickness that I need to put behind the sprocket, and does some one sell this or do I need to machine one??

You probably need a pulley spacer...... I haven't mounted an aftermarket wheel yet that doesn't need one. 1/2" works every time.... But measure it up.

DNA makes them too. i buy mine through KCINT on ebay

Make sure the belt didn't shift on the front pulley/sprocket. It might just need to be shifted over a bit. Mine moved over a little when I was putting the belt back on. I shifted it over, spun the wheel a few times and it was right on the money.

Hspring03-thank you
Called DNA and they said it needs a 0.50" spacer. Then called KCint because I ordered everything through them, he said some need it some don't..it would of been nice if they would have mentioned that when I ordered them and also they should probably know which ones need them and which don't. So overnight shipping is required for spacer and longer bolts, because it's going to be a great weekend and I want to RIDE with all the winter mods I did.
