It seems that most aftermarket bags are made to fit various makes and models so you have to drill your own mounting holes.
I looked at many different companies and found they were all the same with the exception of the price and style.
So far I'm happy with the bags, I will see how they are in a few weeks after coming back from the 110th.

 

they look great, can't wait to install mine. i'm gonna start with the throwover install. viking rep said i could always do the permanent mount with the same hardware. glad i found these for only $79 and feel like OEM stuff
