Is anyone running the HD extended reach rear brake lever on a Softail slim (HD part number 41600008).

I would like the pad of the brake moved forward and lowered to make it more ergonomic.

It's not cheap but the alternative is to cut and weld the original, by the time I've had it re-chromed the HD version may not come out too bad.

Anyone done similar, or have any suggestions.
