well finished the fender today just have some loose ends to do and all done. Chopped the fender, filled in the holes and raised the front of the fender up so I would have less gap between the fender and the rear of the tire.

Awesome man looks great!...As far as the gap between the belt and tire what did you do? Also what was the size of your spacers on each side?

I had the wheel hub and the pulley machined down to give me clearance for the belt, tire and so the assembly would fit in the swing arm. I posted the amounts that were takin off in this thread i don't remember exactly what they were. Although my measurements may be different from yours also. My swing arm ID is 10". The spacer for the pulley side is 30mm i believe it was and the rotor side was 12mm +/- 1mm.

nice build man. I am about to start getting a parts list going for my 03 Train conversion. But I will be trying to use an 18x5.5 and all 06 parts i think including the swing arm, just so I don't have to machine the pulley or the caliper or bracket.

With the wheel being 18x5.5 you shouldn't have to machine anything and depending on the width on your swing arm may not have to even replace it.
