Rear wheel done!! Cut the frame horns off and on to the fender.

Is this your final alinement? Belt is not alined with the trans in this pic...it will work, but will dramatically shorten belt and pulley life...not trying to be an azz...just telling you what I am seeing.

..... I'm wonderin if the 2004 Swingarm is the same Size as a 2001 .

No this was after I had the wheel and pulley machined just put the wheel and belt on to see if I had enough clearance. Didnt align anything at that time. Thanks for looking out.

Im not sure, you would have to measure the ID of your swing arm to find out mine was 10".
