This is what I am working with now. Seems that with the pulley mounted to the wheel, pulley hits on one side of swingarm and tire in the other. Im thinking what may need to be done is to machine down the hub of the pulley. If anyone else has and ideas please feel free to share.

From your pic...that does not appear to be a 20mm pulley.

I agree but wasnt sure so guess I am off to Harley to see about switching this out. Thank you for the confirmation.

I exchanged the one I had. Kinda sucks didn't want to use a stock pulley but the others are way to expensive for my blood.

haha no problem, you know that wouldnt be a bad idea considering is alot warmer in texas then would be here in chicago for the next coming months.
