Stock cables work fine although since I took those pictures I have fitted a Goodridge braided brake line. The internal wires were long enough but I took off the factory shrink wrap and used my own which shrunk down to a smaller diameter to make threading the wires inside the bars easier. I found the best way to go was to tape up all the holes except the entry and exit set I was working with. Used a vacume cleaner to suck through a length of twine to pull the wires through. Made it real easy.
Just took my time, did the whole thing in about 4 hours, lots of tea breaks
details please...do you have the exact part number? those bars look great and i've been struggling figuring out which ones to get. is that an 8" rise? how much pullback and how wide? thanks for the pics!
