Default Vance Hines TD install issue/question

Hey all - Have a '14 CVO Softail Deluxe...Picked up VH True Duals for it..Well, during the install, discovered that the rear pipe has an 18mm hole, while the front has the correct 12mm...Everything on the website and even on Fuel Moto's site says it should be 12. Anyone else run into this? What's the cure? Do I find an 18mm narrow o2 for it? Or was I supposed to get a rear head pipe with a 12? Fuel Moto and VH are both closed for the holidays and wont be open again until Monday. Really need to get this done, was supposed to go on a 1200 mile road trip in a little over a week.

Thanks

PS also having an issue with exactly how the 428-p bracket is installed. The pictures VH give with their instructions are crappy at best

Another option is an 18mm to 12mm adapter. Local muffler shop may have one.

Are they new pipes? I was reading how VH was making pipes with what they called the super bung. From what I gathered it has the 18mm bung with the 12mm insert. So it can go both ways. Good luck brother happy 4th

From my understanding (and please correct me if I'm wrong) the adapters don't allow the O2 to read properly?

If there is an insert, mine didn't come with it. It's just the 18mm on the rear and 12mm on the front. I'll go look again and go over the "included" parts list once again.
