Default Danny Gray Seats ....

I just wanted to make a short note on Danny Gray Seats ... I ordered a butt crack solo for my Breakout with a Blades pattern in the middle and received it back in April ... Very comfortable seat I must say ... Stitching and work is very impressive ... Three weeks ago when detailing my bike , I had noticed a very small pinhole like area on the side of the seat ... I notified Sherry at Danny Gray and then I shipped it to them to be decided if it was a flaw or something that had happened since I had received it ... Either way , I wanted them to be the ones to repair it regardless .... After a week or so Sherry Just got back to me and had informed me that it was indeed a weak spot in the leather on the back side of the seat and that they were making me a complete brand new seat and it would shipped out to me tomorrow ... Also they are covering my shipping fees from Canada to them ... I just wanted everyone to know that the customer Satisfaction with Danny Gray seats and especially Sherry is Impeccable .....

Its nice to hear a positive comment story once in a while, although it should be what we expect from a premium retailer like Danny Grey. I just had a similar experience with a InSink Erator (garbage disposal). Over two years out of warranty, but the unit was replaced free of charge. Glad some companies still put the customer first!

Great to hear! I was definitely sold on the looks but comfort wise is it a big improvement over stock?

It is incredibly comfortable ... I don't have the Gel in it either ... It really holds you in well with higher curved up back ...

Owned a Danny Grey for my Dyna and when/if I replace my seat on the Slim it will be with a Danny Grey. Super comfortable and great quality without sacrificing style.

My hope is one comes out for the Slim that isnt just a solo. Time will tell.

Cheers!

I agree, have had a few seats from Danny Gray and Sherry has been awesome to work with. The latest seat I had them do for my Breakout turned out better than I ever hoped.
