My first of many questions is........What fuel are you using. Premimum, Mid, Regular?

Your question didn't belong in the "New Members Area".
It's for introductions. So it was moved in one of the other forums.

CK... let me help ya a little,,
Most new owners have the same questions after buying.
Like all the
"Whats the Best",, Pipes; Seat; Tires; Oil and all the Question about Stg 1 mods.

These basic questions have been asked thousands of times and answered in here...

Just to help you If you spend a little time looking around the forum, You'll find Many Sections that you can post in and find answers in..

Here is the home page to start and you can see all the sections -- https://www.hdforums.com/forum/

Also our forum has a Search feature to find an answer and even better I still USE "Google Search" almost Everyday, sometimes several times a day to find answers to help others and myself in here. Google Searches will have links that will take you back to HDF anyway...

So ask away but also know their is a bunch of ways to find answers EASY...

Enjoy the forum, we all had to learn how to navigate around in here

Unhappy

i guess I wont be posting anymore. after being chastized twice for my first post just to say hello "Im a new HD owner". But apparently that doesent belong in the "New HD Owner section". Somehow a question about fuel belongs in the "soft tail" section??????

oct1949
you were very polite with your suggestion, so although I already had my answer, i did go do a search for "fuel" and then for "best fuel". Not a single topic came up with FUEL in the subject line. I dont have time to go read endless threads hoping to find the answer. guess I should have just googled or kept my mouth shut.

Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

You are posting on a public forum that has thousands of members. If you expect everyone to be nice and spoon feed you information you will (or already have been) sadly mistaken.

The new member area is to introduce yourself to others on the forum, not ask questions about what fuel to use. Your question was moved to the softail section because you ride a softail, the FatBoy.

Check out the first link in this Google search I have done for you. Oh, you're welcome.

https://www.google.com/search?q=best...bv=2&oq=&gs_l=

The bottom line is; if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. You need thicker skin than you are displaying to play well with others in this forum. If you still decide not to post anymore, well then, AMF YOYO.

Dont stop now... we can be rough at times and sweet other times. Hell I did my intro here not on new guy area. Someone will come on and say "the only dumb question is the question not asked". OH! I just said that myself didn't I. Go ahead and try the search like Oct1949 said it is a good way to get diverse with one subject, but also go ahead and ask that question.

By the way I use premium, gas milage will be better also, (not much but some). Others will tell you it keeps the valves and injectors or carborator cleaner. Which is true.

Have fun on your ride and welcome
