You know, I never noticed that Harley doesn't give dimensions for their parts- good question!
13" X 11" X 6.25" plus the straps allow you to load another 4" until you get to the last buckle hole.
It really is amazing how much they hold.

Westchester Cty is just north of the Bronx border. I am about 45 min north of NYC.
