RE: Night Train Pictures
tjl6722, you might want to take a look at this pic of that seat on my Night Trian in this thread. https://www.hdforums.com/m_320434/tm.htm
It had the gap that was mentioned and I sent it back. At that price, IMO it should have fit better.

Thanks for the info, I've contacted the company via email regarding this issue and I'm waiting a reply. Did they give you any indication of what the problem may have been or how to correct the problem? Also did you have any problem with returning the seat after running into this problem? What seat did you finally decide on?
Thanks again for info

RE: Night Train Pictures
The company did not have a problem refunding my money, I sent the seat back. But I lost out on the $$ to ship it back. At first the guy I talked to tried to tell me that I had a custom paint job because there is no such thing as a red Night Train! I set him straight on that one. He said the fender was sagging, from having it removed to do the custom (NOT) paint job. He told me to bend the tab on the seat down but that just made the front stick up too much. Anyhow I got a refund. Said he never had a complaint on the fit before.
I am looking at Mammoth Choppers seats now. http://mammothchoppers.com/ Talked to the owner and he said there will be NO gap and they were designed using a NT for fitment. Seat is leather and 60 bucks cheaper. Only downside is they don't do custom thread colors but I can live with that if it fits right!

jane, i love those street bob emblems on the night train, it looks sharp! nice job
tj, u asked about comfort on that seat, well i rode today for about 250-300 miles to panama city thunderbeach ralley. i stopped 2 times. at the end i was ready to stop. i was hurting.
i'm a casual rider, and on a normal day around town i never ride that much. so either im a sissy, or does the average person need a break after that much.
anyhow, the seat gave me no problems at all on the way there. i only got sore and tired on the way back, and we didnt stop at all on the way back.
let me know if u need more photos of the seat. good luck!

Thanks for the info, I'm in contact with Chuck at CC Seats regarding a possible seat for my bike, just trying to iron out a few details. As you mentioned he is very helpful so we will see. I'll let you let you know the outcome and thanks again for all the information.
