I am looking for some info. I have a 98 Sporty and the headlight is a non-adjustable assembly as far as I can see. I would like to point the light down a bit but as previously mentioned, I cannot figure out how to adjust it. Anybody else come across this issue? How is the headlight adjusted?

Remove the trim ring, remove the light and you should see the bolt inside the housing. thats how mine is anywho.

Wait scratch that, I think you remove the headlight cover and the bolt is there. Try # 2 first.

your light is bolted to an alumimum cover which is bolted to the upper fork. in the middle of that cover it has a round chrome cover, which acutally is like a refriderator cap, you just pop it off loosen the nut and you can move your headlite to your satisfaction and then just tighten it down and replace the cap! good luck!!
