I always wanted a Sporty, so last year I sold my FXST and bought one. Now don't get me wrong, I loved that little bike, but it just never seemed to fit me. I was told by numerous friends what myultimate outcome would be and it has happened. I tradeedher last week foran 07 FXST Softtail.I will miss the little gal I'm sure,because unlike my other FXST and my new one, the 883 never gave me the feeling that I have to pee before I got on it. It never intimidated me. Like some big motor bikes do. Well I am staying loyal to the H-D brand, just gonna date her cousin for now.

Good luck with your new bike but what is this peeing business about? DoJap bikes make you have to poop before getting on them?

Sorry, I just couldn't resist that. I really don't have anything against metric bikes. I don't want to ride one, but that's a different story.

Congrats! Softails are great bikes and I love the look of them. Did you consider the custom also? I love that King/Queen seat, the apesplus it's available in a all colors.

 

I'm not a softail fan.I like seeing the spring shocks.Guess i'd get a dyna.Maybe a Low Rider if I went away from the sporty.
