Default 4 speed vs 5 speed

Will a 4 speed evo Sportster motor(1985-1990) fit in a 5 speed evo Sportster frame (1991-2002) with no modifications? I have a project going on and looking for a complete roller. It would open up a wider range of years in my search if it would drop in a later frame. (1985-2002 vs 1985-1990)

I don't believe that it will.
