Tachometer Question
Hi. New to the forum and just bought my first HD. A 2010 Sportster 883. It only has the speedometer and I would like to add a tach. The HD store is too pricey and I found a small aftermarket but it says it only works on dual fire ignitions. I hate to admit but I'm not certain if mine is single or dual. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

if your asking for opions, save up and buy the HD part 70900274 COMBO DIGITAL SPEEDO/ANALOG TACH
High retail is $315, can be found in the $250 range...
Looks great, plug and play. The Dakota Digital units look like they are strait out of 1993, this unit looks sleek, and fits the bike well
Ill be adding one to my nightster
