Had my first night ride last night
Hey guys,
Took my nightster out at night for the first time last night. It's my first Harley. What a blast it was riding in the night with a temp of 75 degrees. I cruised around for a short time, only about twenty minutes, had the girl sitting at home waiting for me. I really do like this bike more and more everytime i ride it. I'm getting more comfortable on her too. I've only put on 40 miles in the 6 days i've had her. Mainly due to my work schedule and the sh!tty LA traffic. I plan on getting in some good riding time tomorrow morning though. Just wanted to express my luv for this bike. It blows doors on any bike i've ever owned...even my Aprilia. .

I had my first twilight riding experience on Tuesday, and my first night riding experience last night. You're right, it was a blast!
I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to riding after dark again real soon.
I've been lucky and have taken a couple of 50 mile rides out toward the mountains and its great. I highly recommend getting out of the city and taking a nice long ride.
I remember hitting LA traffic on a Friday afternoon, trying to make the junction between I-5 and I-10 out of Phoenix. I Swear I ran out of gas in the fast lane and the trafficjust pushed me all the way to the Burbank exit so I could get gas...all at about 80mph. LOL. Anyway, keep Riding Safe! and Have fun!
